Coating
Coating enabled by sprayed, dipped, or extruded with PTFE and other polymers, applied to metal tubing or wire rope for adding lubricity and chemical/electrical isolation.
Outer coating
Outer coating adds lubricity, low coefficient of friction, chemical resistance, and electrical isolation to metal tubing and wire rope.
Inner tube assembly

Variable durometer tube
Our automated process eliminates labor and welded points for smooth transition between soft tip to a hard proximal end for excellent blood vessel trackability.

Multi layer tube
With our co-extrusion process, our seamless tubing meets critical design tolerance. Ideal for handling high pressure evenly, such as a balloon catheter.
Machining & Assembly
Machining, welding, soldering, and end-treatments are available for assembly or additional mechanical property
Laser welding & Assembly
Laser weld, plasma weld, EDM, and L-grinding are available for combining different mechanical properties of metal tubing into one shaft, and for end treatment.
Processing on surface
The swaging and flat-grinding process to improve the mechanical property. Auger with one spiral wire on the surface is available for Archimedes screw.
End termination
Eye, loop, ball, and threaded studs end are available to be a permanent end termination on the wire rope where it connects to the load.
Power transmission
Flexible power transmission makes it easy to design a linear-motion or rotational motion system, for limited space applications.
Synchronous Round Belt

Our custom-made wire rope and sIngle-layer cable tubes such as ACT-ONE have an average lead-time of four weeks. For more complex cable tubes and sub-assemblies, six to eight weeks should be expected.

The MOQ is 20 parts for cut components or 1,000 m for spool-based products such as wirerope.

All prototype phase products are made at the Osaka R&D Center in Japan. For orders above 1,000 parts, production is usually transferred to our Thailand or Vietnam factories.
